The things you will require to make southwestern rice are corn, water, black beans, sweet orange pepper, butter, green chilies, salt, garlic, turmeric, cumin, uncooked rice. To make it, you have to slightly cook all the ingredients with the rice and boil it until cooked and leave it still and you will have amazing southwest rice.
