You can make many food items using this Sous Vide cooking technique like the Sous Vide Potatoes, Sous Vide, Sous Vide Swordfish, Sous Vide Mushrooms and many more. But the recipe that I am about to tell you today is Sous Vide Broccoli.

Broccoli is one of the vegetables that we should have in our diet. The reason why I am saying this is because Broccoli has some major health benefits like it is a major source for some major nutrients for our body like Vitamin A, C, E, K.

All these nutrients have their own role in our body. The reason why I love to cook broccoli using this method is because I consider Broccoli as a very fragile vegetable. It can be easily overcooked when you roast it or boil it. So that’s why I think that Sous Vide is the best way to cook broccoli.

  1. Take a large container and put water in it.
  2. Attach a precision cooker and set the temperature to 180 F.
  3. Now clean the broccoli and cut the crown portion and cut the florets into small pieces.
  4. Take a zip lock bag and put some olive oil in it and put the small broccoli pieces in it as well.
  5. Also, season it with salt and pepper.
  6. Seal the bag and put the sealed bag in the water that is in the large container.
  7. Cook it for around 15 Minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes, remove the broccoli from the bag and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
  9. You can also top the broccoli with any of your favourite veggies as well.
  10. Serve.
