  6. With a vegetable peeler, take off the outer layer of the stalks.
  7. Place asparagus in a zip lock bag and seal upto the corner.
  8. Into the water bath, immerse these bags and cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
  9. Place asparagus on a serving platter and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  10. Squeeze some lemon juice over it and enjoy,
