At a restaurant, I found Fujian traditional food and I saw a dish over their called Sha Cha Beef. I was very confused about what is it? I ordered the dish and found it so tasty that I could stop myself to order one more.

After I left that restaurant, I was very curious to know about the dish and searched a lot over the internet about the dish. I came to know that Sha Cha Sauce is the sauce that made this dish marvellous.

  1. Add vegetable oil, cornstarch, soy sauce, and beef in a wok. Mix the mixture well. Heat the mixture until it will give smoke or until the beef is seared.
  2. From the wok remove the beef and leave it aside to set.
  3. From medium to low reduce the heat and add 3 tbsp of oil to the wok with ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add Sacha Sauce and sugar. Fry the mixture for 2 minutes.
  4. In the wok add to beef with scallions and combine the mixture with soy sauce and fry for 5 minutes.

Finally, your Beef with Sha Cha Sauce is ready. Add it to your favourite dish and it’ll elevate its taste.
