This dish involves my favorite process. Yes, baking! So everyone out there who loves baking will be in joy, including me. Seafood quiche will be a flavorful treat. Making quiche at home will be a great idea. Quiche is a French dish and you can serve them hot or cold, as per your preference. It is a tart with a filling that can be sweet or savory.

Seafood Quiche is a savory dish that will be fluffy and moist but will also have a flaky crust. This is how you examine a good quiche. Seafood Quiche recipe
  1. Take a large skillet and add bacon to it. Cook it until it turns brown evenly on medium-high flame. Drain all the crumble and keep them aside.
  2. St the oven on preheat mode to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  3. Take a large pie pan or quiche and line it with the pie shell. Brush it with the melted butter and sprinkle bacon in the bottom of the pan.
  4. Beat the cream, salt, sugar, cayenne pepper, nutmeg and black pepper with eggs. In the pan with bacon, sprinkle grated cheese over the bacon and this cheese sprinkle the crab meat and shrimp.
  5. Bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake it for 25-30 minutes again. Cool it for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve it at the desired temperature.

Note– When done with the baking, the quiche might still be wet from inside. So let it cool for a few minutes as this will help in setting up the quiche properly.
