Flat leaf parsley½ cup

  1. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F.
  2. Take a large pan and put it on medium heat and add butter to it.
  3. Now add chopped garlic and fennel and roast it for around 10 minutes.
  4. Then add flour and cook for 1 minutes.
  5. Now add shrimp and scallops to it and cook it for around 2 minutes.
  6. Now add Can Juice, Pernod, salt, pepper, and heavy cream in it and stir everything.
  7. Now take a lobster and cut it in square pieces and add it to the mixture that you’ve made above.
  8. Add the frozen peas, frozen onions and parsley and cook for 2 more minutes.
  9. Then pour some mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese.
  10. Then pour the remaining mixture and using a knife, cut a slit in the middle.
  11. Then bake for around 20 minutes, until the crust becomes golden.
