Sauteed Okra with Garlic Recipe
  1. Over Medium heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add okra and sprinkle salt and pepper and cook it while stirring for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the skillet add garlic and cook over the low heat until it will start giving fragrance for about 3 minutes and add lime zest.
  4. Serve okra in a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander and lime wedges.
