  1. In a pot boil water and add noodles, broccoli.
  2. Cook them for until 3 minutes.
  3. After 3 minutes, drain the water and keet the noodles and broccoli at the side.
  4. Heat through. In a saucepan add milk, flour, chives, and garlic.
  5. Also, add oil in the saucepan and cook over medium heat and add salmon and lemon peel in it.
  6. Flip the salmon to cook the other side of it at medium heat.
  7. In a serving bowl, add noodles and add salmon mixture over on the top with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
