Rum Cake Recipe

Rum Cake Recipe
  1. In a small bowl add rum, vanilla, and butter-rum flavor. Stir them together
  2. Spritz the bundt pan with cooking spray and make an extra layer sprinkle almond flour in the pan.
  3. In the pan pour the batter with spatula.
  4. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 60 minutes. To check the cake use toothpick in the center. If it is prepared take it out.
  5. Leave the pan of Cake for cooling aside.

For Syrup

  1. In a saucepan add all the ingredients used to make syrup except vanilla.
  2. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes, until it simmers
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add vanilla to it.
  4. To poke holes in the cake using a skewer and pour the syrup accordingly. Soak the syrup properly.
  5. With a plastic wrap cover the pan and leave the cake for overnight.
  6. For leaving overnight if the cake does not soak syrup properly, warm it for 10 minutes in the oven.

Finally, Rum Cake is ready. You can have it with hot coffee or tea and you can freeze it for several days as well.
