Rabbit meat is fine in taste and has good nutritional values. Well, I have already started having the fragrance of the rosemary. What a lovely fragrance and flavor it gives to a dish. Most of us have used this spice while making pasta or potatoes. I never forget to add rosemary to my pasta. It brings out a great flavor to it. But adding this spice to the choice of your meat will also be a great idea.

Rosemary rabbit will be a dish with great demand once your family tastes it. This recipe does not require many ingredients. Rabbit meat is meat similar to chicken. Parsley1 teaspoon
Ground Cumin½ teaspoon
Almonds (slivered)½ cup

  1. Set the oven on preheat mode at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Till then, set the baking pan of 9×13 inch by making a layer of onions on the pan’s bottom.
  3. Take the rabbit meat and rub it with the lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle the mixture of rosemary, parsley and cumin on the outer side and inside the rabbit. Place it on the roasting pan.
  4. Bake it for 30 minutes. Add almonds over the onion and bake it again for 15 minutes till the meat turns opaque.
  5. Serve hot.

This recipe is prefect for dinner. You can even prepare it for your guests. They will surely love this rabbit meat. Garnish it with some parsley if you want to.
