Rosemary Rabbit Recipe

- Set the oven on preheat mode at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Till then, set the baking pan of 9×13 inch by making a layer of onions on the pan’s bottom.
- Take the rabbit meat and rub it with the lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle the mixture of rosemary, parsley and cumin on the outer side and inside the rabbit. Place it on the roasting pan.
- Bake it for 30 minutes. Add almonds over the onion and bake it again for 15 minutes till the meat turns opaque.
- Serve hot.
This recipe is prefect for dinner. You can even prepare it for your guests. They will surely love this rabbit meat. Garnish it with some parsley if you want to.
