Yellow capsicum½ unit
Red capsicum½ unit
Tomato1 unit

Boiled and shredded chicken200 gm
Salt3 tsp
Crushed red chilies2 tsp
Lemon juice4 tsp
Crushed garlic4-5 units
Chopped parsley leaves2 tsp

Roasted Chicken and Bow-Tie Pasta Salad Recipe
  1. Boil pasta, but don’t get it too loose.
  2. Chop thickly carrot, olives, tomato, and capsicum.
  3. Now in a preheated pan add 1 tsp oil add boiled and shredded chicken to it.
  4. Now add 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red chilli, and 2 tsp lemon juice. Cook it for about five minutes.
  5. Now place it in a bowl; add pasta and veggies to it.
  6. Now add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red chilli, garlic, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 2 tsp parsley leaves.
  7. Mix thoroughly and serve cold.
  8. For better flavours, you can refrigerate it for a few hours.
