Red Chicken
  1. First of all, preheat the oven to 175 degrees C and after that grease the baking dish.
  2. In a resealable plastic bag, add salt, all-purpose flour and pepper into a resealable plastic bag and close it. And mix all the ingredients by shaking it.
  3. Add chicken pieces into that plastic bag and shake it to make a layer on the pieces. Place the pieces of chicken on the baking dish.
  4. Take a pan and heat butter in it over medium flame. Add the onion in the pan and cook it for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked onion over the pieces of chicken coated with flour.
  6. Take a bowl and add tomato sauce, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, sugar, mustard, chutney, and hot pepper sauce, mix it until the sugar gets dissolved.
  7. Pour the whole mixture over the onion and chicken pieces.
  8. And in the last, bake it until the sauce is bubbling which will take near about 1 hour.
