Did someone say smoothie? Well, I am in. I love how smoothies are delicious, healthy and stomach filling. My latest obsession has been the Pumpkin Smoothie. It tastes like a pumpkin pie, I swear! I somehow feel very festive after drinking a pumpkin smoothie this season. We’ve embraced the fall season well and its crazy to see how stores have various products in pumpkin flavour. 

Isn’t it amazing that you can have a healthy, protein-rich breakfast with pumpkin flavour, without even stepping out of your house? So easy to throw in and blend, the pumpkin smoothie is greatly loved by the kids too. So, all your mothers struggling to feed their babies can go for this handsome package that has good flavour, good nutrition and stomach satisfying.

I would also like to bring into the limelight the health benefits of Pumpkin. It is: 

  • high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Beta-Carotene
  • high in nutrients but low in calories
  • high in antioxidants

  • contains fibre
