Ingredients
  

  • 4 Thick Pork Chops 
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (smashed)
  • 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig 
  • Fresh Thyme (a small bunch)
  • Fresh Parsley (a small bunch)
  • ½ cup Vinegar 
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take a large zipper seal bag and put your pork chops in it.
  • Also, add the pork chops, add rosemary, thyme, garlic, and parsley.
  • Now, take a bowl and put salt, vinegar, mustard, sugar, and pepper in it. Slowly, add oil to it and mix everything.
  • Add this to the pork chops bag and let it refrigerate for around 8 hours.
  • Now, remove the pork from the bag. Meanwhile, heat the grill.
  • Drizzle some oil over the grill and brush some vegetable oil over the pork chops.
  • Now, place the pork chops over the grill. Cook pork chops for about 30 minutes from both sides and serve.
