When I was in Hawaii for my vacations, I ate many dishes there but as you all know that I always prefer to eat something which is healthy and delicious. I was searching for a restaurant over there that serves healthy food.

I found a small restaurant type bamboo hut and there was a lady who runs that business. I asked her about her favourite dish and she said it is the Poke Bowl. I ordered Poke Bowl for myself, just to have a taste of it.

After a few minutes, the lady came with and it was literally the dish for which I was searching healthy and delicious. I asked her the Poke Bowl recipe and just minutes before I came back to the hotel, I thought I will share the recipe Poke Bowl with my healthy food lovers over here first.

For The Tuna

  1. For Spicy Mayo– Add mayonnaise and sriracha with 2 tsp water in a bowl and mix it accordingly.
  2. For Tuna– Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and tuna with scallions in a large bowl. Toss the mixture accordingly.
  3. For the Bowl– in a bowl first put a layer of rice then tuna, avocado, cucumber, and scallions. Downpour spicy mayo and sesame seeds over the bowl to elevate the taste.

Finally, your Poke Bowl is ready. Serve this healthy and delicious bowl to your family and they’ll love it.
