On that day my mother especially makes Pickled Sausage and I don’t know why but I don’t like it when people came to my home. But somewhere I wish every day that they will come and my mother make Pickled Sausage so that I will eat it.

Ingredients Required For Pickled Sausage Recipe

Vinegar2 tbsp
Salt2 tbsp
Red Pepper/ Red food coloring2 tbsp
Bay Leaves4
Smoked Sausage2 pound

Pickled Sausage Recipe

Pickled Sausage recipe
  1. Add water, salt, vinegar, and red food coloring or red pepper in a pan on medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cut the sausage into halves.
  4. Combine hot vinegar mixture in with the sausage.
  5. Let it for 2 days in the refrigerator before you serve.
