How To Make Peach Cobbler Oatmeal Recipe
- In a pan add sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon and stir them with peaches and lemon juice until peaches are coated evenly.
- Preheat oven for 300 degrees.
- Stir the mixture until it will become smooth.
- In a casserole dish pour the mixture and keep it hot in the oven.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and keep it aside in the refrigerator.
- In a bowl add butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla and beat it until it will become fluffy.
- Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture until no flour is visible.
- Remove peach filling from oven and drop cookie dough onto peaches.
- Return cobbler to the oven for 30 mins.
- Cool for 10 mins.
