Norwegian Pancakes Recipe

- Take a blender. Combine eggs and milk in its container.
- Put flour, salt and sugar as well. Blend the ingredients until they get smooth.
- Take a skillet. Heat it over medium-high. Coat it with butter or cooking spray.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of the prepared batter into the skillet.
- Cook for about half a minutes.
- Carefully, slide in a spatula under the pancake being cooked and flip it another side.
- Cook the other side for few more seconds until it gets brown.
- Put it on a plate. Repeat the process for the remaining batter in skillet.
- Serve them rolled like a crepe with jam.
