  1. Take a blender. Combine eggs and milk in its container.
  2. Put flour, salt and sugar as well. Blend the ingredients until they get smooth.
  3. Take a skillet. Heat it over medium-high. Coat it with butter or cooking spray.
  4. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the prepared batter into the skillet.
  5. Cook for about half a minutes.
  6. Carefully, slide in a spatula under the pancake being cooked and flip it another side.
  7. Cook the other side for few more seconds until it gets brown.
  8. Put it on a plate. Repeat the process for the remaining batter in skillet.
  9. Serve them rolled like a crepe with jam.
