- In a skillet heat oil and melt butter over the low heat.
- Place mushrooms and onions, cook them until it will turn golden for about 5 minutes.
- When the mushrooms and onions are cooking and time 3 minutes add garlic, salt, and pepper, remove from heat when they turn golden.
- In the skillet add wine a little and stir the mixture for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute add broth, cream, and parmesan to the mixture and heat it until it will simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the sauce in a serving bowl and serve it.
