  1. With Parchment Paper line some rimmed baking sheets, and preheat the oven at 275°F.
  2. Cut the mushrooms according to your shape with a slicer.
  3. On the Parchment-lined baking sheet put all the slices of dry mushrooms with leaving some space.
  4. On both sides of mushroom slices, apply avocado oil or melted ghee and season them with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  5. For 45 minutes to 60 minutes, until the chips become chewy and crunchy or turns the color to golden brown.
