  1. Take a saucepan and add water, fennel seeds, licorice root, allspice berries, cloves, and vanilla bean in the pan.
  2. Cover the pan and over a low flame, boil it for around of 40 to 50 minutes.
  3. Sieve it into a vessel and mix in honey.
  4. Mix milk in the drink for taste.
