Ingredients Required for Mixed Fruit Chaat Recipe

Different Variety of Fruits like Papaya, Guava, Pineapple, Panana and many more (squarely chopped)½ bowl
Boiled Potato1 unit
Cucumber½ unit
Squarely Chopped Tomato1 unit
Pomegranate½ cup
Salt½ tsp
Chaat masala½ tsp
Red chili powder¼ tsp
Black Pepper Powder¼ tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder1 tsp
Lemon Juice2 tsp
Tamarind Sauce1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilly2 units
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves1 tsp
Coriander leavesTo garnish

Mixed Fruit Chaat recipe
  1. In a bowl take ½ bowl mixed fruits. Now take a boiled potato, peel it, cut into squares and mix it with fruits.
  2. Now chop the cucumber and mix it in the same bowl. Mix tomato and ½ cup Pomegranate in it.
  3. Now add salt, chaat masala, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, tamarind sauce, green chilies and chopped coriander leaves to it.
  4. Mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  5. Serve through.
