Ingredients Required for Mixed Fruit Chaat Recipe
|Different Variety of Fruits like Papaya, Guava, Pineapple, Panana and many more (squarely chopped)||½ bowl|
|Boiled Potato||1 unit|
|Squarely Chopped Tomato||1 unit|
|Chaat masala||½ tsp|
|Red chili powder||¼ tsp|
|Black Pepper Powder||¼ tsp|
|Roasted Cumin Powder||1 tsp|
|Lemon Juice||2 tsp|
|Tamarind Sauce||1 tsp|
|Chopped Green Chilly||2 units|
|Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves||1 tsp|
|Coriander leaves||To garnish|
Mixed Fruit Chaat Recipe
- In a bowl take ½ bowl mixed fruits. Now take a boiled potato, peel it, cut into squares and mix it with fruits.
- Now chop the cucumber and mix it in the same bowl. Mix tomato and ½ cup Pomegranate in it.
- Now add salt, chaat masala, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, tamarind sauce, green chilies and chopped coriander leaves to it.
- Mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve through.
