Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Chaat with Black Pepper, Tamarind and Lime:

Ingredients Quantity
Papaya, guava, pineapple, banana etc squarely chopped ½ bowl
Boiled potato 1 unit
Cucumber ½ unit
Squarely chopped tomato 1 unit
Pomegranate ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Tamarind sauce 1 tsp
Chopped green chilly 2 units
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp
Coriander leaves To garnish

How to Make Mixed Fruit Chaat with Black Pepper, Tamarind and Lime | Recipe:

  • In a bowl take ½ bowl mixed fruits. Now take a boiled potato, peel it, cut into squares and mix it with fruits. Now chop cucumber and mix it in the same bowl. Mix tomato and ½ cup Pomegranate in it.
  • Now add salt, chat masala, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, tamarind sauce, green chilies and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Serve through.
