|Boiled potato||1 unit|
|Squarely chopped tomato||1 unit|
|Chat masala||½ tsp|
|Red chilli powder||¼ tsp|
|Black pepper powder||¼ tsp|
|Roasted cumin powder||1 tsp|
|Lemon juice||2 tsp|
|Tamarind sauce||1 tsp|
|Chopped green chilly||2 units|
|Finely chopped coriander leaves||1 tsp|
|Coriander leaves||To garnish|
How to Make Mixed Fruit Chaat with Black Pepper, Tamarind and Lime | Recipe:
- In a bowl take ½ bowl mixed fruits. Now take a boiled potato, peel it, cut into squares and mix it with fruits. Now chop cucumber and mix it in the same bowl. Mix tomato and ½ cup Pomegranate in it.
- Now add salt, chat masala, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, tamarind sauce, green chilies and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve through.
