Cucumber | ½ unit |
Squarely Chopped Tomato | 1 unit |
Pomegranate | ½ cup |
Salt | ½ tsp |
Chaat masala | ½ tsp |
Red chili powder | ¼ tsp |
Black Pepper Powder | ¼ tsp |
Roasted Cumin Powder | 1 tsp |
Lemon Juice | 2 tsp |
Tamarind Sauce | 1 tsp |
Chopped Green Chilly | 2 units |
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves | 1 tsp |
Coriander leaves | To garnish |
Mixed Fruit Chaat Recipe
- In a bowl take ½ bowl mixed fruits. Now take a boiled potato, peel it, cut into squares and mix it with fruits.
- Now chop the cucumber and mix it in the same bowl. Mix tomato and ½ cup Pomegranate in it.
- Now add salt, chaat masala, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, tamarind sauce, green chilies and chopped coriander leaves to it.
- Mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve through.
