  • 128 ounces Salt Less Diced Tomatoes
  • 115 ounces Low Sodium Kidney Beans
  • 6 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

  1. Take a large pot, add some olive oil to it, and heat it over medium flame.
  2. Toss in the onions and cook them for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Now, add in the garlic and let it cook for almost 45 seconds.
  4. Add in carrot and celery and cook until they get tender for about 6 minutes.
  5. Nextly, put in the dried oregano, basil and green basil. Then, season it with pepper and salt and cook for 4 more minutes.
  6. Then, add crushed tomatoes and chicken broth to it and bring it to a boil.
