Fish can be prepared by two methods. First is sauteing and another one is pan fry. This sauce would help you with Saute fish and its name is Meuniere Sauce. This sauce can be prepared by mixing some exotic ingredients and sometimes you can also add red wine vinegar.

This recipe is very easy and yummy that you will like to use it again and again. I bet that it will never disappoint you. For making your fish dish more wonderful, you can use this sauce anytime.

I have personally tried it many times and it’s worth making this dish because after making this you will feel ecstatic. Now, I will tell you about the ingredients to make this amazing sauce. Then I will share the main steps of the recipe.

Ingredients to make Meuniere Sauce

Seafood Stock1 cup
Garlic3/4 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce1/4 cup
All Purpose Flour2 tbsp
Salt1/4 tsp
Butter3/4 lb

You can make this dish in just 15 minutes. If you need more thickness in the sauce, then you can increase the heating time. This is a super easy dish that can be prepared in 15 minutes. Now let’s move on to the steps to make the sauce.

Meuniere Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, put sea stock and garlic and boil it on high heat. Now reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
  2. In another pan, melt 4 tbsp of butter over high heat. Add the flour and whisk it for about 10 seconds. Remove it from the heat.
  3. Take back the stock mixture to medium heat and now add butter mixture to the stock mixture. Whisk continuously to make them smooth. Reduce heat to very low.
  4. Now add the remaining butter, constantly whisk until butter is melted.
  5. Add some salt and Worcestershire sauce and make it a thick sauce. This can be reheated.

Your Meuniere Sauce is ready now. I highly recommend you to sauce with fish. This sauce will elevate the taste of your dish.
