What Ingredients Will You Need To Make Marshmallow Cups?

Steps To Make Marshmallow Cups 

1. Melt Chocolate

3. Marshmallow Fluff

Meanwhile, add water and sugar to the small pot and heat on a medium flame. Continue stirring. 

Stop stirring and boil over a high flame when you see the sugar melting. You will get a nice sugar syrup ready. Add the sugar syrup to the bloomed gelatin.

Now whip the mixture on medium speed for five minutes until it’s thick and white. Stir in vanilla extract and whip for a minute. Marshmallow fluff is ready. 

Transfer the marshmallow fluff to a piping bag. 

4. Fill In Marshmallow 

Remove the cups from the refrigerator. Cut ½ inch of the opening of the piping bag for the tip. Spread marshmallow fluff in the cups. Let it set for fifteen minutes in the refrigerator.  

5. One Last Time

Melt the remaining chocolate again in the microwave. Remove the cups from the refrigerator. Finally, spoon one tablespoon of melted chocolate on top of the marshmallow in each cup. 

Set the cup for thirty minutes until firm. Marshmallow cups are ready to enjoy.

  • 2 pounds Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Water
  • teaspoons Gelatin
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Salt (a pinch)


  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave-safe bowl for three minutes.
  • Spoon one tablespoon of melted chocolate into the paper cups.
  • Set them in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the marshmallow fluff.
  • Add ⅓ cup of water to the electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
  • Bloom the water by adding gelatin.
  • Make a sugar syrup by heating water and sugar in a small pot on medium heat.
  • Stir continuously.
  • Keep the flame on high heat and make a nice sugar syrup.
  • Add the syrup to the bloomed gelatin.
  • Whip up the mixture for five minutes.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and again whip up for one minute.
  • Marshmallow fluff is ready.
