Mango Sorbet Recipe
- Baking Sheet
- Food Processor
- 4 Peeled and Dice Magoes
- 1 tsp Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Water
- ¾ cup Sugar
- Dice the mangoes. Then, put them on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- After that, put the mangoes in the container of a food processor. Add lime juice, water and sugar to it. Blend it until the mixture gets smooth.
- Put the chilled mango puree into your ice cream maker. Leave it to chill until it is set.
