Ingredients for Low Country Boil

Beer1 bottle
Seafood Seasoning2 tbsp
Smoked Chorizo or Kielbasa1/3 pound
Salt1 tsp
Red Potatoes (medium), cut into wedges4
Sweet onion (medium), cut into wedges1
Olive oil3 tbsp
Sweet corn (medium)4
Garlic cloves (large), minced6
ground cumin1 tbsp
Fresh cilantro, minced1 tbsp
Paprika1/2 tsp
Pepper1/2 tsp
Uncooked large shrimp1 pound
Uncooked snow crab legs1 pound
Seafood cocktail sauce, lemon wedges, and melted butteroptional

  1. First of all what you need to do is combine the water, beer, seafood seasoning, salt, potatoes, and onion in a dutch oven and bring it to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and add corn and chorizo, simmer until potatoes and corn are tender, which will take 10-12 minutes.
  3. Simultaneously, in a small pan, heat oil and add garlic, cumin, cilantro, paprika, and pepper in it.
  4. Cook it for a maximum of 1 minute.
  5. Mix the snow crab legs, shrimp, and garlic mixture into the stockpot and cook until it turns out pink (6 minutes).
  6. Shift the whole mixture in a large bowl.

Now, your Low Country Boil is ready to serve. You can serve it with condiments of your choice and according to you. Enjoy it with your friends and family.
