Steps to Make Lollipop Ghosts

1. Make The Lollipops

In a microwave, melt white or dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe by stirring after every 30 seconds until smooth. In the case of white chocolate, you can add 2-3 drops of coconut extract if you like. Cut a small hole in the corner of a pastry or plastic bag and insert a #3 round pastry tip.

Transfer the melted chocolate to the bag and fill the candy molds three-fourths full. Press a lollipop stick into each mold and freeze them until firm. About 20- 30 minutes should be more than enough. Remove lollipops from molds.

2. Drape the Lollipop Ghosts

To make a ghost head, drape a small tissue paper over the top of the lollipop and tie a ribbon or thread around the napkin at the base of the lollipop where it meets the stick. You’ll end up with a ghost head with a flowing white ghost body. Draw eyes and mouth on the head with a black pen.

Avoid markers as they may blot. Boo! You are ready with your Lollipop ghosts.
