Pastas have a huge fan base as this dish is super easy to throw together and makes a good meal. I understand some of you might not be a fan of kale but believe me, this kale pasta is a must-try. And ofcourse, the health benefits of kale make the dish healthy too. I learnt the recipe from my mother about a decade ago and since then, I have been cooking it for breakfast or evening snack, whenever I feel like having a healthy meal.

The recipe is incredibly easy to make, all you’d need are some chopped veggies of your choice, some bowtie pasta, chopped kale and some cheese and cream for that extra silkiness. It’s a complete game of about 20 minutes and the pasta is ready to be gulped in.

All you pasta lovers, why not try this meatless pasta meal in your kitchens and enjoy it with your friends and family. Before we jump into the recipe procedure, let’s look at the ingredients to start with.

Ingredients for Kale Pasta

  • 1 tbsp Oil 
  • ½ cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Pint Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups Chopped Kale
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta
  • Salt and Pepper (To taste)
  • ½ cup Cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Shredded Cheese

Steps to Make Kale Pasta

Kale Pasta recipe
  1. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add oil, garlic and onions to it. 
  2. After the onions are tender, add chicken broth, tomatoes and heat until the pasta becomes soft (8-10 minutes).
  3. Stir in the chopped Kale and some cream until it’s cooked properly (for about 2 minutes).
  4. Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with Shredded cheese and serve hot.
