For Orange Peel

  • 3 Oranges
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water

For Chocolate Decadence

  • 12 ounce Chocolate Chips
  • 1 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
  • cups Melted Butter
  • cups White Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • 7 Eggs
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream


For Orange Peel

  • Peel the orange and cut it into slices.
  • In a saucepan, add water and slices of orange peel with sugar and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, drain the water and add more water to the saucepan and again boil it for another 5 minutes.

For Chocolate Decadence 

  • At 175o, preheat the oven. Grease the pan and line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, put the chopped chocolate squares with cholate chips and add butter. Mix it properly.
  • After it's mixed, heat water in a saucepan and places the bowl over it. Add sugar to the mixture, heat it until it turns into a smooth liquid.
  • In a small bowl, add whipped eggs with sugar and mix it well. Fold the egg mixture in chocolate mixture and pour the batter into a pan.
  • Place the pan in the preheated oven and with water-filled in the cookie sheet.
  • Bake the mixture for 45 to 50 minutes. After that, keep it in the refrigerator.
  • After it is cooled down and set, garnish it with whipped cream and orange peel.
