Continental Mills’ recently decided to recall or revise the distribution of its Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, claiming that it might be contaminated. The company made this recall of the mix on March 18.
The FDA reports, “Fragments from a cable used to clear the processing line were discovered in a limited amount of product.” FDA and Continental Mills are reported to work together in order to stop the product from proving hazardous to anybody.
The products suspected to be contaminated have the lot codes KX2063 and KX206. These items are said to have a Best By Date of 09/01/2023 and 09/02/2023.
