Huevos Con Chorizo Recipe

For the Pico de Gallo
- In a small bowl, add tomatoes, lime juice, jalapeno, onion, and cilantro with salt and pepper.
- Mix them properly.
- Leave the bowl aside.
For the Eggs
- Over the medium-high heat, place the large skillet with oil and add chorizo, cook for 5 minutes, or until it will turn brown.
- You will see the mixture if it seems dry add oil according to you.
- Add onion to the skillet for about 4 minutes.
- In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them until they will look frothy.
- Before putting eggs in the skillet, stir the butter in the skillet, and when the butter melts pour eggs over the mixture and stir occasionally.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and serve it with tortilla and pica de Gallo.
