Milk ½ cup
Sweet Potato Shochu (to taste) 2 tbsp

How to make Shochu Hot Chocolate | Recipe:

  • Put the chocolate and milk in microwave until the milk is steaming (but not boiling).
  • Use a whisk or hand blender to emulsify the chocolate and milk.
  • Add Shochu about 2 tablespoons.
