  1. Take a large pot and heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Now, in that large pot, put in bell pepper, onion, and ground beef. Let it cook until beef loses its pinkish colour.
  3. After draining off excess fat from it, rearrange the pot on the top of the stove.
  4. Then, add garlic and mix it well. Stop when you smell the fragrance.
  5. Now, add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, tomato sauce, bay leaves, broth, beef, seasoned salt and dries macaroni noodles.
  6. Mix well and let it boil.
  7. Reduce heat. Bring it to a light boil with occasional stirring.
  8. Turn off the heat when the pasta is tender.
  9. Before serving, garnish with cheddar cheese and remove bay leaves.
  10. Enjoy the dish!
