Ingredients Required for Hershey’s Watermelon Lolly

Hershey’s Strawberry flavoured syrup 4 tbsp
Ginger juice 1 tbsp
Pink salt 1 pinch
Lime juice 1 tsp
Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp
Watermelon, medium-sized 1

Hershey’s Watermelon Lolly Recipe

  1. Take a watermelon and cut it into pieces(discarding its green outer part)
  2. Blend the chopped pieces well.
  3. Take a bowl and extract watermelon juice from the blended mixture using a sieve.
  4. Add ginger juice and pink salt next.
  5. Sprinkle lime juice over this liquid mixture.
  6. Next, add chopped mint leaves.
  7. Chop the remaining watermelon pieces into even finer and smaller pieces.
  8. Add them to the liquid mixture in the bowl.
  9. Now, drizzle Hershey’s strawberry-flavoured syrup.
  10. Mix them well.
  11. Next, pour this mixture into the popsicle mould.
  12. Then allow them to freeze in the refrigerator.
  13. After they have frozen well, take out and serve.
