  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast dried nuts in it.
  2. Now, add beetroot and stir in the milk.
  3. Let beetroot cook thoroughly and ensure nuts are well blended.
  4. Then, pour in Hershey’s strawberry-flavored syrup.
  5. Cook until milk starts to boil.
  6. Now, add vermicelli and turn off the heat.
  7. Roast the vermicelli in ghee for plating.
  8. Take shot glasses and pour sheer khurma into it.
  9. Arrange vermicelli like a nest on top.
  10. Sprinkle icing sugar and dried rose petals around it.
