Milk 1 litre
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Chopped pistachios 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts, chopped1 tbsp
Charoli 2 tablespoons
Chopped beetroot 1/4 cup
Hershey’s Strawberry flavored syrup as required
Dry vermicellias required
Icing sugar 15 gm
Dried rose petals 5 gm

Hershey’s Sheer Khurma Sips Recipe

  1. Take a pan and roast ghee and dried nuts in it.
  2. Next, add beetroot.
  3. Stir in the milk. Let beetroot cook thoroughly and ensure nuts are well blended.
  4. Pour in Hershey’s strawberry-flavoured syrup.
  5. Cook until milk is at the verge of boiling.
  6. Next, add vermicelli. Turn off the heat.
  7. Roast the vermicelli in ghee for plating.
  8. Take shot glasses and pour sheer khurma into it.
  9. Arrange vermicelli like a nest on top.
  10. Sprinkle icing sugar and dried rose petals around it.
