  1. Take a non-stick pan.
  2. Heat ghee over medium-high.
  3. Next, put nachni flour into it with frequent stirrings over low heat for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. This mixture would start rippling and bubbling, quickly add hot milk.
  5. Also, keep stirring the ragi mixture. Ensure it gets thickened.
  6. Now, stir in Hershey’s Chocolate Flavored Syrup.
  7. When the mixture is close to moving away from the pan’s edges, season with cardamom powder.
  8. Remove the pan from heat and place the ragi halwa on a plate.
  9. Let it sit for some time.
  10. Finally, chop it into fingers.
  11. Serve.
