Fox Nuts (Makhana)
For Strawberry Jelly
Hershey’s Strawberry Flavored Syrup
For Caramel Jelly
Hershey’s Caramel Flavored Syrup
Agar Agar, Pinch of salt
For Chocolate Jelly
Hershey’s Chocolate Flavored Syrup
For Nuts Seasoning
Black Peppercorns, Few strands of saffron

Hershey’s Makhana Jelly Bhel Recipe
Take a pan, heat ghee in the pan and roast the Makhana (fox nuts).
For Strawberry Jelly, take a bowl to add beetroot juice, Hershey’s Strawberry flavoured syrup and agar agar. Mix it well.
Heat the mixture till it boils strenuously for a minute.
Pour the complete mixture in a tin and refrigerate it to get set.
For Caramel Jelly, take condensed milk in a bowl and add Hershey’s Caramel flavoured Syrup.
Add salt, agar agar and mix it well.
Again heat the mixture till it boils strenuously for a minute.
Pour this mixture in a tin and refrigerate the mixture to set it completely.
For Chocolate Jelly, Mix milk, Hershey’s Chocolate flavoured syrup, agar agar and mix it well.
Heat the mixture for a minute and turn of the flame.
Pour the complete mixture in a tin and refrigerate it.
Once all the flavoured jellies are ready, demould it and cut it into small cubes.
Take a box or container with a lid and add the makhana, nut seasoning and toss it well.
Add cubes of Strawberry jelly, caramel jelly and chocolate jelly in oil and add fox nuts and toss well.
