Ginger (chopped)1 teaspoon
Green Chilies (chopped) 1-2
Walnuts (chopped)5-8
Mint (chopped)1-2 tablespoon
Boiled Sweet Potatoes (mashed & cut into cubes)100 grams
Salt as required
Yogurt 3 tablespoon
Chives (chopped)2 tablespoon

Hershey’s Khatta Meetha Samosa Recipe

  1. Take a pan to heat oil.
  2. Add ginger, chilies and broccoli separately and saute them independently.
  3. Mix sweet potato, Hershey’s strawberry flavored syrup and salt in it.
  4. Let it cook for a few minutes.
  5. Next, add and mix the coriander and mint.
  6. Turn off the heat.
  7. Make a mixture of water and flour in order to seal the samosas.
  8. Now to make the samosas with leftover rotis, you have to cut the rotis into halves.
  9. Then cone-shaped samosas are to be made by covering it with flour and water mixture as well stuffing them with broccoli mixture.
  10. In heated oil in a pan, fry the samosas gently.
  11. After taking them out, place them on paper towels or absorbent paper.
  12. Then place it on a plate.
  13. For making a dip, you can make a mixture of curd and chives.
  14. After garnishing with a drizzle of Hershey’s chocolate flavored syrup, serve them!
