Ingredients Required for Jowar Laddoo With Strawberry Flavor Recipe

Ingredients Amount
Roasted puffed jowar3 cups
Silvered almonds1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder1/2 tbsp
Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted chironji 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Jaggery 1 cup
Hershey’s strawberry flavored syrup 1/2 cup

Hershey’s Jowar Laddoo With Strawberry Flavor Recipe

  1. Take a skillet or kadai. Heat ghee in it.
  2. Next, add jaggery to it. Melt it over a low flame with constant stirring.
  3. Drizzle Hershey’s strawberry flavoured syrup and keep on stirring over a low flame until you notice froth being formed.
  4. Pour this syrup into a bowl to check its consistency. It should be like a softball.
  5. Next, turn off the flame.
  6. Put roasted puffed powder, slivered almonds, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder and roasted chironji next.
  7. Stir and combine this mixture well until jaggery syrup gets coated properly.
  8. Either with ghee or water, grease your hands.
  9. Then, prepare round-shaped laddoos with the warm mixture.
  10. Prepare as many laddoos as required.
  11. Serve.
