Whole wheat flour 2 1/2 cups
Hershey’s chocolate flavoured syrup 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder as required
Butter, melted 1/2 cup
Oil30 ml
Flaxseeds powder 1 1/2 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Hershey’s Choco Banana Cardamom Recipe

  1. Take a deep bottomed bowl.
  2. Mash the bananas well enough so that no lumps are left.
  3. Next, add cardamom powder and vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Now put butter and combine all ingredients well.
  5. After adding flaxseeds powder, whip well. Ensure the batter is smooth and fluffy.
  6. Direct a thin stream of oil into it.
  7. Keep whisking constantly in order to keep batter intact.
  8. Now, drizzle Hershey’s chocolate-flavoured syrup and whisk it well.
  9. Sift flour through a sieve into the batter.
  10. Cut and fold to combine batter and flour while ensuring that it retains its fluffiness.
  11. Stir in yoghurt and mix it as well.
  12. Pour the prepared batter in a loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees C) for next 15-20 minutes.
  13. You can put a stick in the centre of the cake to ascertain whether it has been cooked or not. If the stick doesn’t come out clean, cook for few more minutes.
  14. Before demolding, wait for the cake to cool down.
  15. Garnish with slices of banana and dust with cocoa powder.
