Ingredients Required for Hershey’s Carrot Cake Halwa

Ingredients Amount
Gajar halwa 250 gm
Butter 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Whole wheat flour 500 gm
Yoghurt 2 tbsp
Flaxseed powder 1 tbsp
Baking soda 1 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Hershey’s strawberry-flavoured syrup 1-2 tbsp or as required

Hershey’s Carrot Halwa Cake Recipe

  1. Take a bowl. Add cream butter and sugar and whisk till sugar is dissolved.
  2. Next, stir in Hershey’s strawberry flavoured syrup and mix well.
  3. Add whole wheat flour and whisk it as well.
  4. Next, stir in yoghurt and flaxseed powder, mix well. Now, add baking soda and baking powder.
  5. Mix the batter well.
  6. Firstly, take a cupcake mould and use your cupcake sized cups to line the mould.
  7. Spoon out the batter up to 3/4th of cupcake mould.
  8. Now, arrange them on a baking tray and place in a preheated oven (175 degrees C – 180 degrees C).
  9. Bake them for 20-25 minutes. This depends on the size of the mould as well as the tray.
  10. Take them out and let them cool down.
  11. Garnishing can be done with cream cheese and caramelized carrots jullians.
  12. Serve it.
