- 3 Chipotle Chilis In Adobo Sauce, Finely Chopped, Plus
- 1½ Tablespoons Adobo Sauce

- ¾ Teaspoon Salt
- 1½ Pounds Chicken Breast Cut Into Strips: If you don’t have chicken breast, then you can go wth chicken thighs.
For The Cilantro Lime Rice
- 1 Cup Long-Grain White Rice Rinsed: You can also use jasmine rice for this recipe.
- 1½ Cups Water
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt Plus More To Taste
- 1 Lime Zested Plus
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro
To Assemble
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 1 Cup Tomatoes Diced
- 1 Avocado Chopped
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn Thawed: You can also use fresh corn for this recipe.
- 1 (15-Ounce) Can Black Beans Rinsed And Drained: When I don’t have black beans, I use pinto beans for this recipe.

How To Make Chicken Burrito Bowl At Home

Step 1
Take a bowl to marinate the chicken breast. Add chicken breast strips to a bowl, then toss with Adobo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken nicely with all the spices and keep it aside for a few minutes.

Now add water, rice, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan. Let the rice cook for 20 minutes. Simultaneously, you can also boil the kidney beans and corn in a different pan.

Now take a pan, add oil, and fry the marinated chicken breast strips nicely on both sides.

Further, when the rice is cooked, add some cilantro and lemon juice.
