  • 1 Block Extra Firm Tofu
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon of Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Drain the tofu for 15-20 minutes and place it in an airtight container. Then, combine the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, and black pepper to make the marinade.
