- Shaker Tin
- Hawthorne Strainer
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. White Rum
- 1 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add Blanco tequila, white rum, gin, vodka, raspberry liqueur along with lemon juice to a shaker tin with cubed ice. Shake.
- Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain the cocktail over fresh ice in a highball glass.
- Garnish with a wheel of lemon.
Okay… I’m not trying to be super critical. HOWEVER! The reason it’s called a “Greatful Dead” is because it’s supposed to look tie died. SO! You shake the V.T.G.&R. first. Pour THAT over ice. Hit it with a splash of sour. THEN drop your raspberry liqueur in. It still tastes the same but it looks so cool! Anybody wanna tie die one on!?
