Steps To Make Gordon Ramsay Shepherd’s Pie

1. Prepare The Mash

Boil a pot of water. Add the potatoes and some salt to it. Boil them for about 15 minutes. Then, drain the water and put the potatoes in a bowl. Mash the potatoes using a fork. After that, add heavy cream and egg yolk to it. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it and mix it well.

2. Filling Trend

In a large pan, heat oil, and add ground lamb to it. Stir continuously and cook for a few minutes until it turns brown. Then, add rosemary, thyme, and garlic for that herby flavor and stir it for another minute. After this, add the carrots, onions, and peas to it while stirring. Keep stirring it for 1-2 minutes.
