  • 1 pound Raw Shrimp (peeled, deviened)
  • ½ Lemon (zest grated)
  • ½ Lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • A handful Scallions (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Olive Oil
  • A splash of White Wine
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper


  • Place a pan over medium-low heat and melt butter in it. Add some oil and heat it.
  • Add garlic to the pan and saute for a minute. Then, add the shrimp, salt, and pepper to it and saute for 5 minutes until it is just pink.
  • While stirring, add wine, lemon juice, and zest to it and saute for another minute.
  • Then, transfer it to a plate and garnish with lemon slices and chopped scallions.
