  • 1 Whole Turkey
  • 1 Pound Boneless Turkey
  • ½ Cup Chicken Stock
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • To make compound butter, add butter, parsley, thyme leaves, garlic, lemon zest, cilantro, and salt to a bowl. Mix them with a spatula until well blended.
