  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 60 g Butter too.
  • 60 g Plain Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon English Mustard Powder too.
  • 600 ml Whole Milk
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper
  • 100 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 100 g Lancashire Cheese
  • 100 g Cheshire Cheese
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan, add the cauliflower florets to it and pour water over them. Add a bit of salt and bring it to a boil. Boil them for 4-5 minutes and then drain the water.

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, then add the flour and mustard powder. Cook them on low heat, stirring, until the roux forms.
