Hello garlic lovers, personally if I will talk about my experience with garlic and I must say It is so good because I like garlic. But one thing that I know is that many people love garlic like my mother and who want garlic in every dish.

I would like to share a story to you people as I said above my mother loves garlic I made simple red mashed potatoes one day at my home and my come she came in the kitchen and added garlic to it in my absence and you know what I made red potatoes before that day also. But one thing I would like to say is that day I tasted something marvelous at the day after my mother added garlic.

Red potatoes hold their shape better and are a great potato for boiled recipes and soups that require cooking times. Although reds are usually not a potato that you’d make a “mash” of, our recipe for red-skinned potatoes is a quick alternative to the old potato salad or the classic potatoes with butter.

Today, I will share the Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes recipe with my lovely people.

Ingredients Which Are Required To Make Garlic Mashed Red

Red Potatoes2 cups
Crushed Garlic2 tbs
Butter1/2 cup
Milk1/2 cup
Garlic Powder1 tbs
Salt1 tbs

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes Recipe
  1. Place red potatoes in a pot with water add 1 tbs garlic to water and boil potatoes for 15 mins. If they are not cooked properly boil it for some time.
  2. Drain water from the pot and add butter to the potatoes and mash them properly.
  3. Add milk, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture and mash them properly.
  4. The dish is ready to serve.

Note: Add a pinch of sugar if you want to.
